This FOUR SEASON SUNROOM measures approximately 7'x18'. This front porch conversion sunroom is an excellent location to relax, unwind, & watch the neighborhood activites in comfort & privacy. This room can accommodate many different style homes & can be customized for any size porch or layout. Walls & windows can be custom sized for your needs. This room includes raised post & beam foundation, Insul-Floor w/sealed underside, vinyl lattic skirting, large sliding windows, full view swinging glass entry door, vinyl floor coverings (not in pictures), all hardware, sealants, & installation. Electricial and/or wiring not included.
All windows and door are 'Energy Star' rated double pane insulated double strength glass with Low-E & Argon.
The 3" vinyl clad insulated walls are virtually maintenance free inside & out and are supported by 3" aluminum wall channel. All wall channels are made of heavy gauge aluminum with baked-on finish for long life and have a thermal break to stop exterior temperature penetration.
Includes a limited lifetime warranty, 40 yr glass seal warranty, & a 10 yr structural warranty.
