This all weather ALL SEASON sunroom measures approximately 10' by 16' with 8' sidewall height. Vinyl sliding windows measure approximately 4'x5' with full fibermesh screens. Sidewalls have 2 sliding windows each, and the front wall has 3 sliding windows and 1 swinging fullview glass door (sliding glass patio door w/full screen available, replaces 1 swinging glass door and 1 sliding window). Total of 7 sliding windows and 1 swinging glass door. All windows and door are 'Energy Star' double pane insulated glass with Low-E & Argon.
This room installed on your approved deck or concrete patio. Installation of concrete patio with insulated thickened edge or, post & beam raised foundation with 6" Insul-Floor sealed bottom floor possible.
The 3" vinyl clad insulated walls are virtually maintenance free inside & out and are supported by 3" aluminum wall channel. All wall channels are made of heavy guage aluminum with baked on finish for long life and have a thermal break to stop exterior temperature penetration.
Topped with a 4" insulated white aluminum clad, pebble finish, solid panel studio roof with a 1ft. overhang on all 3 sides. Includes fascia trim, gutters, and downspouts.
Includes a limited lifetime warranty, 40 yr glass seal warranty, & a 10 yr structural and aluminum finish warranty.
This sunroom is designed for flat wall installation. Existing roof tie-in possible but not included. Shingled roof possible but not included. Patio door or passage door into house not included but cut-in possible.
